You know those short video clips used on some sites to demonstrate "how to" uses them and get around them and their different functions with the mouse arrow that moves to demostrate, how can I do that?

I've made a table with Excel that would be useful at work. However, I'd like to make a "How to.." demonstration video to go with it. Could someone please tell me how?
